California automobile crash: Tesla falls 250ft off cliff at the 'Devil's Slide'

A Tesla with four passengers on board flipped numerous times as it fell around 250 feet off an incline along Highway 1 at "Devil's Slide" in California on Monday, according to authorities.

Four people, including two adult and 2 minors were taken care of. Two adults suffered minor injuries that were not life-threatening, while the two children were not injured.

Numerous helicopters were enlisted to help the victims get away from the vehiclethat crashed onto its wheels on the base of the rocky slope.

"We immediately put a plan in place to lower rescuers to the vehicle to get eyes and assess what we had," an Cal Fire official said at the scene.

Officials have not yet released the exact cause of the accident. The two children were between age 4 and 9 as per KTVU.
