50 Cent continued, saying that the show "gonna be huge. I'm working. I ain't got no duds. I'm battin' for a hundred I'm batting 100," likely referring to his long-running Power series on Starz and its various spinoffs Power Book II: Ghost,
The moment Big Boy asked the rapper who had the idea to make the cult classic film into a TV series and what he could do to convince Eminem 50 Cent, he claimed he wasn't.
"I believe it's in his name to honor his legacy, since if you don't understand... that's crucial for me to know that people understand that," The rapper stated. "You are aware of what I am talking about?"
50 Cent said the show is an updated retelling of the movie, while comparing it to Bel-Air the Fresh Prince from Peacock's Bel-Air reboot.
"I would like to provide many more specifics such as things you'd mention in an interview or other things you've used before, that you've put out and so on," he said. "You'll notice these things on the surface of visible and the character of characters."
