PM Modi distributes 71,000 appointment letter at Rozgar Mela

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday distributed 71,000 appointment letters to newly enrolled candidates in various agencies and government departments under Rozgar Mela, through video conference.

After handing out the invitation letters, the PM addressed some of the applicants via video conference as they spoke about their journey in life.

New recruits chosen from all over the country will be able to work in various positions in the central government such as senior engineers, loco pilots inspectors, technicians and constables. They will also be sub-inspectors. junior accountants, stenographers income Teachers, tax inspectors doctors, nurses social security officers, and many more.

It’s part of the “Rozgar Mela initiative, that was announced by Prime Minister in 2022. It will provide employment for 10 lakh individuals.

The PMO stated that it is an effort to fulfill Modi’s pledge to give the most priority to employment. The “Rozgar Mela” is expected to be an engine for further employment creation and will provide opportunities for youth to participate in their empowerment and involvement in the development of the nation the PMO said.

The experiences of newly appointed officials who took the “Karmayogi Prarambh module will be presented during the event. It is an on-line course of orientation for new employees within various government departments.
